CCRIS is not a blacklist
CCRIS is Bank Negara Malaysia’s credit information system. Reports contain financing information and repayment history reported by participating institutions. It is one input into credit assessment, not an approval decision.
CTOS is a credit reporting agency
BNM operates CCRIS, while CTOS is a credit reporting agency. Report contents and access are not identical. Check your information through the respective official channels.
If information is incorrect
Contact the institution that reported it and follow the official correction process. Do not pay someone promising to erase accurate repayment history.
